Uniform rental fee - $35.00
Uniforms
Uniforms will be provided to each team member for the season (March – July 2011). They’re your responsibility and must be cared for by the assigned member. Alterations, replacements and losses will be up to the members.
Dancers may receive team uniforms, shoes, team bag, warm-up suits, poms and practice attire.
Sponsors
We are currently working on team sponsors. This team has just kicked off officially (for this season) in January. As we get sponsors on board we will provide you with team perks. Having team sponsors may mean your commitment to attending pre-game parties, post game parties and special events will increase.
Dance Styles
Typically we will focus on Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pom, and Video-Dance as well as themed dances. Routines will be fast paced, energetic and dancers must pick up choreography quickly. Our focus during practice time is learning and perfecting routines.

Common questions
What if I miss one of the material days? We encourage all dancers to attend all three material days. We understand it is a busy weekend across the City and time is approaching quickly. We ask that you do your best and make arrangements to be at all three material days and of course, the judging day.
Can I audition privately if I had a prior commitment during auditions but I know I can commit to the rest of the season? You can audition privately the following Tuesday (March 22nd). Even though we will set you up for a private audition (requires solos) we will not hold spots hoping that you will do well. We are accepting 20 dancers only and if we select 20 on the judging day the team is complete.
I haven’t danced in awhile and I’m worried my skills aren’t up to par? Skills are not the focus on the team. Of course, as a dance team we will incorporate some skills and combos, yet we really want to focus on styles, unison, performance and personalities.
What is the promotional team? The promotional team are non-performance based dancers that will be in uniform and will focus more on game promotions, appearances, crowd interaction and assistance where needed on game day. Our promotional team may consist of dancers that may not have been performance ready or also known as alternates. We often find that some girls who audition want the opportunity to get their foot in the door and they want more training. We encourage the promotional team members to participate in our practices as they may receive the opportunity to dance on the court this season!
We hope to see you there! Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions.
