Edmonton Energy Announces 2010 Schedule and New Venue

The Energy has a new home for the 2010 season! Paul Sir, Head Coach and General Manager of the Energy, is exuberant about this year’s venue and schedule. ’We are very excited to be playing our home games in the University of Alberta’s Main Gym this season. This is a venue that has the character and atmosphere that we covet for our fans. Our schedule is the best we have ever been able to offer. Our opening weekend will feature a 3 game series with the defending IBL champions, the Los Angeles Lightning, and its loaded roster of former NBA players. We are committed to contending for the championship this season and what better way to start than by facing the defending champions!’

The Edmonton Energy finished the 2009 season with a league best 17-4 record.
