Opening Weekend Rescheduled

The opening weekend of May 7th has had to be rescheduled.  

The reason for the LA series being re-scheduled is that several players from both teams are involved in playoffs overseas that are going far longer than planned for. The LA and Energy owners, coaches and players all want the Edmonton fans to see both teams at their best. This will be the case as the June 25 series will be the last games for both teams before they head in to playoffs.

Fans with tickets can call Basketball Alberta at 780.427.9044 with any questions. The Energy will contact all fans who have purchased tickets for the LA series and make sure they are informed and properly looked after.

The season will now open on May 14th against the Tacoma Tide, last years runner up.
